The class is full of effective, time-efficient workouts, sequences, and routines based in classical Ballet, schools of modern dance, mat Pilates, Yoga flow, stretching techniques and movement meditation. In simple terms, it’s a dance or movement class that helps you relax, work on your goals and find your unique expression that comes from within.
This class will help you understand and reconnect with your body and mind. It’s our mission to help you filter out the noise about fitness in media, so you can use what works for you.
For this, we help you gain knowledge about holistic health, posture correction, muscle groups, classical dance forms, movement meditation and much more. The class blends core strength, core stability, balance training, joint mobility, flexibility – we focus on specific batch goals and you get allotted into batches accordingly.

    Priming Dance

    We offer dance classes for kids and adults in Ballet, Bharatanatyam and Bollywood Jazz. We customize corporate wellness workshops and offer a Pan India wedding choreography service. Our classes run in the online, offline and hybrid mode in group batches and personal training sessions.
